The Renault F1 Team today announced that the R30 race cars will carry branding from DIAC, a French subsidiary of RCI Banque, during the forthcoming rounds of the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
DIAC is the French market leader in automotive financing and services and a wholly owned subsidiary of RCI Banque. The DIAC logo will feature prominently on the sidepods of both Renault F1 Team cars from this weekend’s Australian Grand Prix until the Monaco Grand Prix in mid-May.
Gerard Lopez, Chairman of the Renault F1 Team, commented:
“We are delighted to offer DIAC and the RCI Banque group the opportunity to partner with Renault F1 Team during the opening rounds of the 2010 season. This is an excellent opportunity for a member company of the Renault group to enjoy a significant short-term boost in brand awareness. We are pleased to welcome RCI Banque onboard for what we hope will be a successful association.
