Szoke Sets The Pace In Preparation For This Weekend’s Races

Brantford’s Jordan Szoke set the pace Thursday, July 8 during unofficial practice sessions before the start of the Parts Canada Superbike Doubleheader Weekend at Mosport, July 9-11.

Szoke had the two fastest unofficial times of the day with a 1:20.829, faster than the Superbike track records in both qualifying and racing. The ‘Gretzky’ of Canadian Superbike racing can wrap up his record breaking seventh series championship with wins this weekend.

Mosport’s fourth major event of the season officially kicks off on Friday with practice and qualifying.  The Parts Canada Superbike rounds four and five will take place Saturday and Sunday respectively.
