Toronto Motorcycle Show Gears Up for Another Great Year

It is Decmber in T.O. which means only one thing, for the motorcycle enthusiast, at least. The TMS is here and it promises to be bigger and better than ever. With the 2011 riding season all but over, and memories of the roads well travelled still fresh in our minds, bikers of all ages, gender and bent are eagerly awaiting the TMS to feast on all the new and better 2 wheeled, or 3 wheeled, if one is so inclined, offerings from the world’s leaders in motorcycling.

Hundreds of new 2012 models to be wheeled out Dec. 9-11

Motorcycle enthusiasts can visit the Metro Toronto Convention centre from December 9-11 to catch a sneak peek of some of the hottest 2012 models. The Toronto Motorcycle Show is the only Ontario event where the industry’s top manufacturers give visitors a chance to see their new model lineups. The show is also the official launch for the seven-city 2011/2012 Motorcycle & Moped Industry Council (MMIC) new model caravan that travels coast-tocoast annually, giving riders and the media their first glance of the new models, gear and accessories.

The show promises show-goers a look at new and exciting products from more than 140 exhibitors including Deeley Harley Davidson, Victory, BRP – Can-Am, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki, BMW, Ducati, KTM, Indian, Triumph, MV Agusta, Zero, Norton, Cleveland CycleWerks and more.

Europe comes to Canada this year at the Toronto Motorcycle Show. For the first time in Canada, MV Agusta will be showcasing the much anticipated F3 675, elected ‘most beautiful 600 in the world.’ This Supersport boasts an ultra-advanced chassis and vehicle dynamics control unit MVICS (Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System) that is on par with the most advanced Superbikes.

Along with MV Agusta, Norton will be onsite for the North American debut of the latest model in the Norton Commando 961 line-up – the Café Racer will be on display for show goers to catch a glimpse of this hand-built beauty.
