{"id":17539,"date":"2013-01-09T07:02:55","date_gmt":"2013-01-09T12:02:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/?p=17539"},"modified":"2013-01-09T07:02:55","modified_gmt":"2013-01-09T12:02:55","slug":"ferrari-starts-work-on-new-f1-factory","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/formula-1\/ferrari-starts-work-on-new-f1-factory\/","title":{"rendered":"Ferrari starts work on new F1 factory"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ferrari has started work on a new building to house the famous formula one team.<\/p>\n<p>The team announced on Tuesday that &#8220;the first excavations&#8221; have commenced on an area currently used as a carpark between Ferrari&#8217;s existing F1 factory at Maranello and the famous Cavallino restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>It will eventually house &#8220;the offices of the management, engineers and administrative staff along with the working areas of the team&#8221;, Ferrari confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Ferrari also confirmed reports that its 2013 car will be publicly unveiled in the days immediately before the pre-season test period begins in very early February.<\/p>\n<p>The team did not disclose the actual launch date, instead revealing that the car will be unveiled &#8220;at Maranello&#8221; in &#8220;the very first days of February&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Autosprint magazine had claimed Ferrari&#8217;s launch day is February 2.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em>\u00a9 RIF | GMM<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ferrari has started work on a new building to house the famous formula one team.
