{"id":19159,"date":"2013-09-04T07:14:25","date_gmt":"2013-09-04T11:14:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/?p=19159"},"modified":"2013-09-04T07:14:25","modified_gmt":"2013-09-04T11:14:25","slug":"2014-austrian-gp-race-date-still-moving","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/formula-1\/2014-austrian-gp-race-date-still-moving\/","title":{"rendered":"2014 Austrian GP race date still moving"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The formula one calendar for 2014 appears still to be in a state of flux.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, when the new agreement between Red Bull magnate Dietrich Mateschitz and Bernie Ecclestone was announced, it was said next year&#8217;s Austrian grand prix would take place on July 6.<\/p>\n<p>Then it emerged that the date had been brought forward by a week, to June 29.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is no problem,&#8221; a local hotelier told Kleine Zeitung newspaper.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We had expected this, so we just move all the bookings in parallel.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>APA news agency now reports that yet another change to the provisional Austrian grand prix date for 2014 has been made.<\/p>\n<p>The race at the refurbished Red Bull-Ring has now sped forward by another week, to June 22.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;According to what we know now,&#8221; a Red Bull spokesperson confirmed, &#8220;the race will &#8211; at a probability of 99 per cent &#8211; take place on the weekend of June 22.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em>\u00a9 RIF | GMM<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The formula one calendar for 2014 appears still to be in a state of flux.
