{"id":19300,"date":"2013-09-18T06:57:34","date_gmt":"2013-09-18T10:57:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/?p=19300"},"modified":"2013-09-18T06:57:34","modified_gmt":"2013-09-18T10:57:34","slug":"red-bull-getting-better-over-years-vettel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/formula-1\/red-bull-getting-better-over-years-vettel\/","title":{"rendered":"Red Bull &#8216;getting better&#8217; over years &#8211; Vettel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sebastian Vettel has admitted Red Bull is getting better as a team as it accrues more experience and titles.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" style=\"margin: 5px 10px;\" alt=\"Sebastian-Vettel-car-2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/gallery\/f1-2013-rif-images\/f1-2013-drivers\/Sebastian-Vettel-car-2.jpg\" width=\"384\" height=\"256\" \/>Together with the German, the Milton-Keynes based outfit has collected every drivers&#8217; and constructors&#8217; title on offer since 2010.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The team has got better and better over the years,&#8221; reigning triple world champion Vettel told the Austrian magazine Sportwoche.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There are less mistakes now, and more confidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The 26-year-old appears to be cruising to yet another championship in 2013, but he is not counting his chickens just yet.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The first half of the season was very good, and the start of the second half has been even better,&#8221; Vettel admitted.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;But we can see that the smallest things make a big difference &#8212; ten degrees up or down and everything looks different.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We need to stay focused, but it does seem that in any conditions we can always be in the top five,&#8221; said Vettel.<\/p>\n<p>Some have begun to compare 2014 with Vettel&#8217;s dominance of 2011, when wins and the title seemed to come easy to the German.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When people talk about 2011,&#8221; said Vettel, &#8220;they say it was so dominant and easy.\u00a0 But I don&#8217;t like the word dominant, and it is never easy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #888888;\"><em>\u00a9 RIF | GMM<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sebastian Vettel has admitted Red Bull is getting better as a team as it accrues more experience and titles.
