{"id":7311,"date":"2010-07-26T06:53:07","date_gmt":"2010-07-26T10:53:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/?p=7311"},"modified":"2010-07-26T06:53:07","modified_gmt":"2010-07-26T10:53:07","slug":"yamamoto-set-to-keep-hrt-seat-for-hungary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/formula-1\/yamamoto-set-to-keep-hrt-seat-for-hungary\/","title":{"rendered":"Yamamoto set to keep HRT seat for Hungary"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sakon Yamamoto looks set to retain his race seat at HRT for now.<\/p>\n<p>The Japanese, reportedly with $5 million in sponsorship to pay to the struggling Spanish team in 2010, raced initially in Bruno Senna&#8217;s cockpit at the recent British grand prix.<\/p>\n<p>He then replaced Karun Chandhok in Germany, but the Indian rookie &#8211; whose new sponsor Japyee was on the Cosworth-powered F110 at Hockenheim &#8211; said it is possible he will be back in the car this weekend in Hungary.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;After the (Hockenheim) race we are going to talk about the next race,&#8221; said Chandhok in Germany before returning to his home in England.<\/p>\n<p>Senna said in Germany that he will keep his seat at all the remaining races in 2010, but Finland&#8217;s Turun Sanomat suggested that HRT&#8217;s fourth driver Christian Klien is expecting to race the dark grey car before the season is out.<\/p>\n<p>But the publication added: &#8220;It is probable that money talks and Senna and Yamamoto will be (in the cars) in Hungary.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In Hispania&#8217;s post-race statement on Sunday, Yamamoto sounded confident.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We tried some adjustments on the set up (at Hockenheim) which will help us already for the next races.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #c0c0c0;\">\u00a9 RIF | GMM<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sakon Yamamoto looks set to retain his race seat at HRT for now.
