The Ajax, Ontario, racer is riding a streak of solid finishes and career firsts, and his efforts were recently rewarded with an exciting sponsorship announcement.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"shutterset_\" title=\"NASCAR-Canadian Tire Series-Dickies 200\" href=\"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/gallery\/events\/Dickies-200-2\/NASCAR-Canadian-Tire-Series-Dickies-200-3A9871.jpg\"><\/a><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"ngg-singlepic ngg-left alignleft\" style=\"border: black 1px solid;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.racinginfocus.com\/rif\/gallery\/events\/Dickies-200-2\/NASCAR-Canadian-Tire-Series-Dickies-200-3A9871.jpg\" alt=\"NASCAR-Canadian Tire Series-Dickies 200\" width=\"480\" height=\"320\" \/>McColm will add Race Time Radio, Shell Rotella, Sirius Satellite Radio, and The Score Satellite Radio as sponsors on his NASCAR Canadian Tire Series entry for the series\u2019 biggest race next weekend in Montreal. The announcement coincidentally came the same week McColm cracked the top-10 in series points for the first time in his young career.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s hard to explain how happy I am with our progress this season,\u201d said McColm. \u201cThis is the first time we\u2019ve attempted to run the entire 13-race schedule, and my crew has been amazing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe western swing was hard on everybody, but we keep finding consistency on the race track. It\u2019s much easier to keep the car maintained when we make it to the finish.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The marketing partnership was announce on the weekly Race Time Radio program, and it\u2019s a first for McColm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGetting media attention is the name of the game in motorsports,\u201d said McColm. \u201cIt\u2019s necessary to keep the sponsors happy. The opportunity to have the media as a sponsor is rare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m excited to come to the series\u2019 premier event to represent some great partners.
