Force India reveals 2010 car VJM03

Force India on Tuesday revealed its 2010 car.

“The VJM03 is definitely an evolution of the VJM02 in terms of the design philosophies we have developed over the last year,” said design director Mark Smith.

“We are very happy with the direction, therefore we have opted to evolve the car rather than significantly revise,” he added.

After securing the team’s first podium, pole and fastest lap in 2009, Force India is now aiming for “more points and more podiums”, said team boss Vijay Mallya.

Following a shakedown at Silverstone last week, the VJM03 will make its proper debut in the hands of Tonio Liuzzi when the Jerez group test begins on Wednesday.
